mrdocs::isEqual

Compare two template arguments for equality.

Synopsis

    Polymorphic<TArg> const& rhs,
    NameEquality const& sameName);

Description

A type argument is compared with isEqual, so cv‐qualifiers are significant and arrays do not decay; a constant argument is compared by its written value.
